Exploring monologues and scenes from the works of Aeschylus, Euripides, Shakespeare, Moliere, the Restoration, Ibsen and Chekhov.  The Greeks teach us stature and depth, Shakespeare provides us with flexible and responsive voice and speech, the Restoration dramatists and Moliere offer precise physical life, gesture and control.

 

        All these lessons can be directly applied to contemporary work and film as you expand range, depth, awareness, intensity. Developing the skills necessary to accomplish the classics also serves to extend career longevity and the ability to play a wide variety of roles. 

 

        Furthermore, this is vital training usually kept within the walls of the top conservatory programs. Gain power and precision, depth and flexibility.  Study the classics!

N.B. All courses progress in a logical and consecutive sequence. Furthermore, students are frequently turned away once the maximum number of participants has been reached.
